Founder & CEO
Lindsey is the owner of The Dore Events. Her career began in New York City, where she worked with top agencies on events for renowned brands such as Marie Claire, Maison Margiela, HBO, Laura Mercier, and Martha Stewart. She later made the bold decision to relocate to Northern California, where she deepened her knowledge of wine while living in Napa Valley and earned her WSET 2 Certification. Most recently, Lindsey worked with a corporate event design agency, gaining valuable experience in large-scale event production. She has earned her Floral Design Certification from the Flower School and has expanded her floral design skills by freelancing with local floral studios. Through these diverse experiences, she discovered her true passion: designing thoughtful, creative events for small to medium-sized gatherings.
Hobbies: heated yoga, traveling as much as possible, and seeing the latest trends!
Our approach is inspired by the natural beauty of the world around us — organic textures, thoughtful palettes, and the emotional language of color. Whether through playful pattern mixing, rich color blocking, or tonal minimalism, every detail is designed to feel personal and elevated.
At the heart of it all is a deep love for storytelling through aesthetics — and the joy of making people feel something the moment they walk in.
When I’m not building floral installations or mapping out event timelines, you’ll likely find me exploring art museums, planning my next getaway, or adventuring with my dog, Theodore the namesake behind The Dore.
